This website is our free resource for prospective buyers and sellers of waterfront and water view homes and condos along the South Florida coastline from the Palm Beach/Singer Island area to the Miami/South Beach area and all the coastal communities in between.

The "All Coastal Listings" link in the menu to the left allows you to navigate the entire South Florida coastline and see custom maps of the current listings of premium waterfront homes and condos (building by building). This is a very valuable tool for buyers to locate homes or condo buildings of interest, as well as for any seller who wants to keep an eye on what is currently listed in their building or area.

The "What Has Sold ?" link allows you to see all of the last 12 months sales area by area. This is a great tool to get a sense of what is happening in the marketplace.

The "Short Sales Listings" provide a summary list of all of the current listings that are Short Sales listed area by area. If you are a buyer and need a detailed list, please click on the "Contact Us" link and request a detailed report for the specific area(s) of interest.

The "Foreclosure/Corporate Listings" provide a summary area by area of the current listings in this category. It is not rare for properties to sell within 24hrs from the time they are listed because these are steeply discounted properties. Being local helps because you are able to see as they are listed and make a quick offer.
